Question 1

What biomass products does REnP Green Energy manufacture and supply?

Accepted Answer

REnP Green Energy manufactures biomass pellets and briquettes from three feedstocks: peanut hull (groundnut husk), bamboo and eucalyptus. Each is available as 6 MM to 10 MM pellets or 90 MM briquettes for a wide range of industrial applications, made in India and supplied worldwide.

Question 2

What is the Gross Calorific Value (GCV) of your biomass briquettes and pellets?

Accepted Answer

According to independent SGS India laboratory tests (NABL Accredited TC-14004 under ISO 18125:2017), our 90 MM Peanut Hull Briquettes achieve a GCV of 4,016 kcal/kg (Air-Dry Basis) and 4,127 kcal/kg (Dry Basis). Our 6 MM to 10 MM Peanut Hull Pellets deliver 3,900 - 4,200 kcal/kg, and our bamboo and eucalyptus pellets and briquettes deliver 4,100 - 4,500 kcal/kg.

Question 3

What are the moisture and ash content levels of your fuels?

Accepted Answer

Our fuels undergo precision drying and densification to maximize combustion efficiency. SGS tests confirm moisture of 2.67% in our groundnut husk briquettes (ISO 18134-3:2023), with ash content of 15.73% - 16.17% (ISO 18122:2022). Our groundnut husk pellets have moisture below 8% and ash content of 8 - 14%. Our bamboo and eucalyptus pellets and briquettes have moisture below 10% and a clean-burning ash content of 2.5 - 4.0%.

Question 4

Can REnP biomass fuels directly replace industrial coal and lignite?

Accepted Answer

Yes. REnP biomass briquettes and pellets serve as an eco-friendly, carbon-neutral drop-in replacement for imported Indonesian coal, domestic lignite, and furnace oil. They burn cleaner with significantly reduced sulfur emissions, zero net greenhouse gases, lower slagging, and decreased boiler maintenance overhead.

Question 5

Where are REnP Green Energy manufacturing plants located?
