From Raw Biomass to Pure Power-Packed Fuel.
Every briquette and pellet go through a comprehensive and stringent manufacturing process, designed to deliver high density, low moisture, and minimal ash yield with high calorific value in every shipment.

Inside the Process
How Raw Biomass Becomes
Industrial Fuel.
Different controlled stages turn biomass into low emission export-quality fuel. Scroll to follow each step.
The seven stages
Sourcing Raw Material
We source groundnut husk from peanut processing units and bamboo and eucalyptus from legally compliant sources, selecting material suited to high-quality fuel.
Screening & Drying
Raw material is cleaned of soil and debris by using high-pressure water jet and then dried to below 10% moisture to prepare it for efficient compression.
Size Reduction & Destoning
Material is crushed or hammered into fine, uniform particles, and stones and other impurities are removed.
Pelletizing & Briquetting
High-pressure machines compress the biomass into uniform 6 mm to 10 mm pellets and 90 mm briquettes, using no synthetic binders, leaving less than 3% moisture and 5% ash content.
Cooling
Freshly formed pellets and briquettes are cooled to harden, stabilize their shape and lock in durability.
Packaging
Finished fuel is packed in 25 kg or 50 kg bags, 1-2-ton jumbo bags or loose bulk, to suit each buyer's handling needs.
Storage & Dispatch
Packed fuel is stored in dry conditions and dispatched by truck across India or in containers for export, with documentation for every shipment.
